Caring for you Woodblock Painting:

My woodblock paintings have a basswood surface, cradled with a highly stable solid pine frame that won't warp or bend. Both the surface and the frame are sanded on all sides for smoothness.

The materials I use are acrylic, paper and other non-toxic materials. I have also sprayed the artwork with several coats of UV-resistant spray to protect the work from sunlight. But they are still delicate.

The paintings have a pre-installed hook on the back and are lightweight, and can be hung on the wall or displayed standing on a surface.

To preserve the colors, woodblock pieces should be out of direct sunlight to avoid sun damage. Heat, oils, odors and moisture also affect the painting. It is advised to not hang it near heaters or other heat-emitting appliances because that will damage the color pigments permanently.

Domestic (US) Shipping:

• Prints, originals, and stickers shipping within the US is free on orders above $15.

International Shipping:

• International shipping rates vary by region to cover shipping, packaging, and handling.
• Delivery times vary depending on your location and customs processing, and may take longer than domestic orders.
• International orders of originals is 20%-30% additional USD of the order depending on your location for shipping and handling
• If you are located in Europe, you will likely have to pay Value Added Tax (VAT) on arrival. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or VAT charged by their country.
  

Processing Times:

Prints: Each print is made-to-order, so as soon as you order the print goes into production. Processing times range from 1-5 business days before despatch.

Originals and Stickers: These are packaged by me in my studio in Los Angeles, California. Processing times range from 1-5 business days before despatch. 

Delivery times estimates via USPS once order is despatched:

Domestic/United States: 2–5 business days (First-Class), 2–3 business days (Priority), 1-3 business days (Priority Express)

Europe: 7–21 business days (First-Class), 6–10 business days (Priority)

Asia: 10–25 business days (First-Class), 6–15 business days (Priority)

Oceania: 10–25 business days (First-Class), 6–15 business days (Priority)

Canada: 5–14 business days (First-Class), 6–10 business days (Priority)

Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed by customs or local postal services.

Additional Notes:

• I do my best to ensure packages arrive safely, but once a package leaves the US, delivery speed and customs inspections are handled by local postal services.
• If your order includes a combination of prints / stickers / paintings, shipping will be free however will come from my studio in Los Angeles, CA.
